Well, that may be true! But the history of cartoons, humor, and satire is that it does take on the sacred cows, point out the flaws in the system; defending the citizen against government bureaucracy, religious oppression, or societal attitudes. I want my cartoons to reflect that time honored tradition.

So, cartoons on this web site depict injustice in many different areas of our national life. They reveal the incongruity, absurditiy, injustice, foolishness, and stupidity of our most lofty institutions, as well as that of the individual citizen. And, of course, some are just for fun. Look, read, laugh at others, laugh at yourself, and maybe, once in a while, gain a new insight. The beauty of cartoons is they allow the reader to come up with greater insights than those intended by the cartoonist. Shoot, all I can do is hint at the crap we all have to deal with ... you know it as well or better than I do.
