Let it be a shield, then. May we women seek healthy choices, embrace ourselves, embrace our breasts. May we envision ourselves healthy. May cures be found to help those who are not healthy. May any environmental causes be found and eliminated. May we envision ourselves in wholeness, beautiful, strong and healthy. I send these currents into the matrix. I send them with purity of heart and intention. I send, I release, I send these currents outwards from me into the world. May all women value themselves and their breasts. May we value ourselves as nurturing beings. May we nurture ourselves. May we envision ourselves in wholeness, beautiful, strong and healthy.
