Odin with Was Scepter

(!Mixed Mythologies, just a bit!)
Julia looked at the Odin picture, and said, "Wow, that's a big eye!" His hand looks kinda like the dragon claw holding the pearl of wisdom. That's the element I started with, the claw hand and round object. Then it occurred to me to draw the eye iris on it. So I'm mixing the mythologies even a bit more.
