Energy Point

I took a basic white on black point down pentacle and tried to convey a sense of Energy. I first started with a purple color scheme to match my website. Then I got the idea I should have them in different colors. However, a strange thing happened when I turned the image into gray scale. The tonal values did not look the same, regarding how they contrasted with each other. I adjusted the gray scale image to have the dramatic impact I was seeking. THEN, I went and did hue shifts to get the various colors. The resulting images were much more powerful, since the underlying tonal contrasts had then been clearly established.
Wanting to have one to frame and put on my wall, I've also made a version in blue which will fit an 8x10 inch standard frame format.
